Hiya

Hello...
How are you? I'm doing okay.
...
Me doing okay is the reason I haven't been posting to you lately because me doing okay means that I'm not doing much of anything. I do a little of my homework, I record a little, I game a little (too much), I manage my time very littleleloly, you know the deal. Probably.

Today was a fine example of how I'm doing: I was almost late to school today and therefore I smelled  all day cuz I cycle at lightning speed when I'm going to be late. Cycling at lightning speed produces a lot of sweat, can't help it. Made it in time though.

I ate all of the food I'd prepared for the day during the first break of the day so I got a lil grumpy and a lil dizzy at the end of it.  Still had a kind-of-okay time nonetheless.

Since I was hungry, first thing I did when I got home is get a bowl of cruesli and yoghurt. I made an attempt to at least. The yoghurt was really watery so I closed the... (lid?) and shook the yoghurt.
Don't ever do that
The yoghurt pack thingy ripped open and I spilled half of the contents over meh pants. Did manage to fill the bowl with what was left.

What I'm trying to explain here is that I've been doing many stupid/dorky/clumsy things the last 2 weeks, and that I often somehow manage to salvage some goodness out of them. That's what doing okay means to me. Doing okay is really tiring.

There's not much of the day left so I had better get started on doing my homework now.

Next post will be about PK again, sorry if this one was a little boring

P.s. I tried to record some LoL today but apparently I only recorded 2 frames xD. For those of you who don't know: it's not much, 2 frames.
The next vid shall be named Building Basic Strength as a Student.

Digital Progress

Hiya!

My first ever video is up!
Well okay technically it isn't my first ever but don't mind that, just watch the darn video please




It's taken hours to edit because I'm a total noob at editing and computers in general. I tried to make it so that there was some synergy between the footage and the music, but after a while that got too hard and took too much time as I was running out of usable footage, energy and well, time.

All footage was recorded with a 1M camera that for some reason made backflips blurry.

I'm just happy it's up and I'm happy I can go to sleep now because man, it's been some week for me.
Because of my desire for a bed under my extremely hot bottom, I'll now end this blog message.

Gettin that schedule goin'

Hey there, long time no see ;D
Today I decided!
For the first time in my oh so short life I'm going to do something on a regular basis!
Sounds nice, right? And it's not just some something, it's making YouTube videos :D I've been dreaming of making YT vids for a long time now but whenever I wanted to record something or do something to improve my amayzingg skillz, I told myself ''Nah, I'm too busy with school'', and when it wasn't school there'd always be something else that'd stop me from just trying to do whatever I wanted to do. Every time I do that, I feel this huge cloud of depressing pressure and boredom hanging over me (not literally, it's a metaphor :D or something like that, I DON'T KNOW OKAY, geez) and then I do nothing at all, and so today I told myself that I'm just going to do it and do it regularly. I'm always going to be busy with something else that is seemingly more important and therefore timing will never be perfect. So I'm just going to start now, why bother waiting? Now please don't hate me if I fail to upload regularly, I'm also human.

Anyway, I really hope you want to be that one (regular??? ;D) viewer that isn't one of my parents.
(Still love you though, Mum & Dad ♥)

I'm hoping to upload mostly Parkour videos, though I have a feeling I'm going to run out of steam pretty quick. I might upload a LoL gameplay as a substitute every now and then, but don't count on me doing that regularly as well.

So far, the idea is to upload a video with a blog message on the side once every two weeks, which isn't much but it's a goddarn start that's what it is and that's all I need for now. The goal is to get used to doing this stuff regularly.
Once I've mastered the Art of Regularlarlirity, I can move on to mastering the Art of Quality, and then I will eat much peanut butter, and then,
I will conquèr zhe world.

So to summarize:
  •  I will upload at least one thing once every two weeks, preferably PK
  •  I will keep blogging!
  •  I will eat lotsa peanut butter

Progress

Is slow. Lately I haven't really been progressing in anything. I like to think I am trying very hard but if you look solely at my behaviour and what i have been doing, you wouldn't see it. I haven't really been training, I haven't done much for school so far, but I don't really feel like I've rested either.
Every day I wake up and have the best new day's resolutions and then when I get out of bed I just don't do anything.

Anyway, enough whining. I guess it's a good thing I still have hope every day.I can't wait til it's Friday night because that's when training starts again. I'm a member of the freerunning group TRICKS.

If you want to come take a look sometime, our HQ is at Prinsenhof 2A 7081DG Gendringen (, the Netherlands).
We train every Friday, from 19:30 to 20:30 
Be sure to bring comfy clothing if you want to join in

Update

Today's Wednesday, which means there's about 1,5 week left of holiday-days.
For those of you wondering: my first video will be about the backflip. It's supposed to become a sort-of-educational video which would show the watchers that if I can move freely, they can move freely. I think the backflip is perfectly suited for what I'm trying to achieve; it's (supposedly) an easy trick to do, it's well known all over the world, and yet still, it is an awesome trick which amazes me every time I see it.

I'm progressing slowly though, but I'm fine with that. I'd rather go slow than fast because in my opinion a calmly executed backflip looks way cooler than a rushed backflip.

It's raining today, so what I'm going to do is bake some cupcakes or brownies and then see whether it's still raining, if not, I'll do some backflips :D.

First ever blog message

First video is currently in the making! Happy to try something new and happy to see I'm learning quickly

The only thing to talk about that comes to mind right now is about the gear I'm using, so here's a list:
Footwear: Either bare feet or just everyday shoes
Clothing: Old pants, old shirt
Recording device: my trusty Xperia S (2M recording)
